Customs Duties

Customs duties may be payable in some countries and International customers are responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes applicable for the importation of our products into your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we recommend you contact your local customs service for more information. Customs may also inspect goods prior to delivery, which may cause a delay to the delivery of your items.

Whilst we have photographed our products to the highest quality possible, it is possible the colours that may be shown on your computer monitor may not accurately reflect the actual colour of the product delivered. sizes of products shown on our website may change from time to time without notice.

The contract between us is formed at the time when you provide your payment details via Paypal.


All prices on the TurkishCoffeeDeal.com website are in United States Dollars (USD$) and where applicable, are noted as including Goods and Services Tax (GST). Products are invoiced in USD$ at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Shipping charges may be extra and will displayed at the Check-Out prior to payment, according to your delivery address and shipping option selection. 

Prices displayed on our website apply to online purchases only and do not necessarily reflect the price of identical items sold by any other means. We reserve the right to update prices displayed on the website from time to time.


You may pay for the items that you order online by the following methods: 


We regret that we are unable to accept cheques or cash as payment online.

When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card provider to authorise this amount. If we get a valid authorisation, your card provider will hold this value expecting a charge from us. Receipt of your credit card details and debit of payments does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

As we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us by email, we are therefore unable to accept payment information by email. Unless we are fraudulent or negligent we will not be liable to you for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to the personal and transactional information you provide us when placing an order.

Defective items

You have the right to return a faulty item to us, however this must occur within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.  Returns will only be accepted with your proof of purchase.  For details on how to return your goods, please email support@turkishcoffeedeal.com.

Incorrect Items

If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us by email to support@turkishcoffeedeal.com within thirty (30) days of receipt of the goods.  We will then advise you how to return the incorrect item to us with your proof of purchase, and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and will reimburse your reasonable costs in returning it.

Refunds, Returns and Breakages

It is the policy of TurkishCoffeeDeal.com ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product sold.  To this end, refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods.  Please email support@turkishcoffeedeal.com within thirty (30) days of receiving the goods for details of how to return your goods. Refunds will be credited with the same payment method as your original purchase.


We will reimburse any reasonable costs you incur in returning the following items to us:

items we delivered to you in error;

items which were damaged on delivery or are defective or incorrect;


We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the Check-out point).

We will not be responsible to you or any third party for any business loss (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, data or goodwill) or any other loss or damage which does not result directly from our actions or the actions of our sub-contractors or agents, is consequential or was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when the contract between us was formed.

Our liability to you under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions will not exceed the total price charged for the items purchased. Nothing in these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions excludes our liability to you for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Alterations to this Website and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to make changes to this website, these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and such other policies as we may notify you. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use the website or order items from the website. Changes that we are required to make by law could apply to orders you have already made. If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, it will be deemed severable and not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
